Workshops, restorative treatments and practical sessions designed to be delivered in your workplace, alongside or independently of our speaker programmes.
Workshops
Team Connection Workshop
A fun and engaging hands-on session designed to strengthen bonds, rebuild trust, and foster a sense of belonging within your team. Through a mix of guided group activities, collaborative challenges, and open sharing exercises, participants are invited to show up as their whole selves. This workshop creates a safe and supportive space to improve communication, deepen understanding of one another, and rediscover the power of human connection in the workplace.
Restorative Treatments
1:1 On-Site Massages
15–20 min
A relaxing, restorative treatment designed to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and calm the mind. Delivered in a private space, these 15–20 minute sessions use targeted techniques to address common workplace tension in the neck, shoulders, and back. Employees can remain fully clothed, making this an easy and accessible way to bring the benefits of massage into the workday.
1:1 Acupressure Sessions
A therapeutic treatment using gentle pressure on specific points of the body to release tension, restore energy flow, and promote overall wellbeing. Perfect for reducing headaches, easing back and neck discomfort, and calming the nervous system, without the need for oils.
Practical Sessions
60 or 30 minute formats
Stress Relief Practices
A practical, interactive session teaching quick, evidence-based techniques to reduce stress in the moment, no special equipment needed. Participants will learn simple breathwork, mindful awareness exercises, and posture resets that can be done discreetly at a desk or between meetings.
Sound Bath
A deeply calming session that combines gentle guided meditation with the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes. Through sound and vibration, the session supports a natural shift in brainwave activity from highly alert states into calmer, more restorative state.
Qi Gong Practice for Energy, Balance & Focus
Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice combining gentle, flowing movements with mindful breathing to cultivate energy, reduce stress, and restore balance. This session introduces simple, accessible sequences designed to release tension from long hours at a desk, improve posture, and boost mental clarity.
Yoga Flow
Yoga Flow is a dynamic style of yoga where each movement is linked with the breath, creating a smooth, flowing sequence. In this energising session, participants move through a series of postures designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and release tension from the body. The practice can be tailored to all levels, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for the more experienced.
Yin Flow
A slow, deeply restorative style of yoga where poses are held for 3–5 minutes at a time, allowing the body to gently release tension in the connective tissues, fascia, and joints. Unlike more active yoga styles, Yin invites stillness and surrender, making it a perfect complement to busy lives. Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience needed.
Joyful Dance
A joyful, free-flowing movement session designed to lift your mood, release tension, and reconnect with your body — no dance experience or coordination required. Drawing on elements of conscious movement and expressive movement therapy, this class is less about technique and more about letting go. Expect uplifting music, a welcoming space, and the freedom to move however feels good for you. A powerful reminder that movement is medicine.
